My four year old daughter hurts me almost everyday, she does lash out on others occasionally but the majority of her anger is aimed at me I assume because I’m the one who goes to her in those moments, but she will also seek me out just to kick me, hit me and punch me. As I’m writing this she’s slapping my arms.
I don’t know what to do anymore, I don’t know how to handle it. She grabs my head and repeatedly headbuts me in the jaw. (I turn my face to the side so it hurts less)
is this going to be forever? I’m broken.
