When and how to teach balance bike

My little one is 27.5 months old and has a balance bike. She's been walking it around the house for a while now but no cruising or gliding. My husband took her to the park once, same outcome. She's at the lower end of 'normal' speech development so I'm not sure she could follow instructions very well quite yet. Maybe she's just a bit young? Or needs more time in the park. She's very physical in general with running and climbing and jumping etc and her nursery say she's a daredevil so I think she would love to scoot along. I've watched videos but they tend to include instructions that I am not convinced she could quite understand or follow yet!

Is there an area in your park where she can see other children using balance bikes? Or do either of you have a bike you could demonstrate with? They are great copycats at that age and if her speech isn't great that could be a better way to inspire her to try!
