Twins Delayed?

I have 15 month old twin boys (14 corrected) they are actively pulling up and cruising about so I do believe walking won’t be too far off. They aren’t talking at all yet, they’ll definitely babble to each other a lot and to me and my partner, but there is no mama or dada yet. I sing to them, nursery rhymes, talk to them constantly, read to to them. They don’t point, clap or wave, no matter how much I repeat the actions.
Did anyone else have twins delayed? Did they ever catch up, if so at what age? Any advice on how to help? I’ve mentioned this at their yearly review, mostly the speech and the paediatrician is going to do a full review with us at 18months to see how things are going. Would love to hear of others with twins, I do have a nephew with autism so I do know this is a possibility too, which I’m fine with, I just want to get early intervention if needed.

Sorry that you haven’t had any responses, have you tried asking in the multiples section? Smile

Thank you for replying, I’ve posted it there too, just didn’t know which section to post in so I chose both. Hoping someone can share some advice when they get time to see it. Your very kind for acknowledging the post.
