Hi all ๐
I crafted this fascinating table (attached!) that breaks down 16 core behavioral traits that affect how kids grow, think, and act โ and even how we, as adults, turn out.
It includes things like emotional control, trust, resilience, creativity, patience, and more โ each one explored across the spectrum from positive to negative, with potential future impacts on mindset.
What really struck me is how these factors seem to explain so much about adult behavior too โ like, โOhhh, thatโs why I second-guess myself,โ or โNow I get why my child freezes under pressure.โ
๐ง Have a look โ Iโd genuinely love to hear:
- Do you agree with the traits and their future impacts?
- Which ones do you see most in your own children โ or yourself?
- Are there any you'd add or tweak?
- Has understanding these helped you parent differently or make sense of your own upbringing?
Would really appreciate your feedback โ pros/cons, improvements, or just thoughts on how we can better understand our kids (and our inner child too!).
Thanks so much in advance ๐
