19 month old sleep issues

Hi I have a 19 month old who for the last 5-6 weeks takes 2 hours to get to sleep every night. I think it may have started with teething/ regression. We have tried everything from putting her to bed earlier, giving her a snack around 6pm as she won’t drink milk, shortening her nap to an hour, getting her outside more, changing the lighting in her room. Seems like we are just constantly doing something wrong

she wakes up in the morning around 6:00 and goes down for a nap normally at 12:00 and usually we wake her at 14:00 and then usually goes to sleep around 19:30 but every night she is wide awake, she seems to be overtired and takes 2 hours to fall asleep. Does anyone else have or has had this issue?

Could her back molars be coming through?

They could be coming through, I didn’t think it would affect her for this long. She doesn’t seem to cry in pain.

Hi! This is really tough, sending hugs. My little girl is 3 now, but she’s had her fair few phases of doing things like this.. and it’s like torture!! My little girls overnight sleep really got better once we cut her nap down significantly. But at 19 months it’s hard as she probably still needs that nap to take the edge off. It will pass, but it’s horrible when you’re in it. I spent nights sat with her crying I was so exhausted whilst she sang at 2am… hell😂
