My baby is 6 weeks and for the last couple of weeks she cries every time my husband holds her. She was fine the first few weeks. She only does it with my husband, she’s fine when any other person holds her including other men. I’ve asked if anything happened like dropping her and he can’t think of anything that may have caused mistrust. We also changed his deodorant to see if that made a difference but it doesn’t seem to. We have just introduced bottle feeds which my husband is giving her to develop that bond - she doesn’t cry during the feeds and is sometimes calm after but is still crying when I hand her over or he picks her up. She will settle as soon as I take her back. As I said, she is happy to be held by other family members got long stretches of time so it’s not a case if her being away from me. Does anybody have any advice?
