Feeling so deflated, finally cracked horrendous drops offs at nursery with my just turned 4yr old after what seems like months of tears and now he’s started having massive meltdowns and lashing out at teachers for being asked to do simple things like pick his coat up off the floor. Really at a loss of what to do, and how to support as he doesn’t want to do any ‘breathing techniques’ to calm down or have any input from me when he has them at home, we simply leave him and he then seems to suddenly snap out of it (or over the last couple of weeks go and fall asleep!) just posting for a bit of solidarity I guess as I remember my DD having these but seemed easier to deal with when there was only one of them!
