Just had a phonecall from the school about ds aged 5 who keeps leaving doing a poo until last minute and lands a skidder on his pants.

They have had to change him yesterday and today. He gets very upset about it - what can I do to help him?

My ds was similar. The teacher used to tell him to go to the loo at regular intervals during the day, so that he didn't get into a position where he was that desparate.
