So my girl turns 3 next month and hasn’t had a nap since last September (gave up the fight of getting her to nap). This past week she’s napped every day. One day she asked to actually go to bed at 10:30am after the most horrific tantrum (something she doesn’t usually have) and slept for nearly 2 hours! I This morning she woke at 7 in an awful mood and told me she wanted to go back to bed and is now sleeping again. She’s always been a great sleeper at night and has a quite a strict routine and I’ve not noticed her sleeping any worse than usual so I’m little worried! Her appetite has also been awful lately. She stopped eating breakfast weeks ago, will have lunch sometimes but no dinner either. This is a kid who LOVES food but won’t even eat her favourite meals.
it’s safe to say I’m a little worried because she’s not usually like this. She’s always crying a hell of a lot over little things, although she’s always been a naturally emotional child, it still feels worse than usual.
Sorry for the long post but has anyone experienced anything similar or is this something I should get checked out?
