Hello! This is more about activities to help with development!
So I have a 4 nearly 5 month old beautiful girly.
We do so many different activities during her wake windows, some for fun and some for development.
-We do, tummy time with her water mat, the mirror, toys (encouraging her to reach and play with these)
-assisted rolling (again using toys to encourage)
-I read books to her (I know she doesn't understand but I heard this is fab for vocabulary even very early on)
-we play with different textured toys
-sensory time
-exercises like hand to feet
-I talk to her constantly and do crazy stuff to make her laugh - she babbles and laughs alot!
Obviously loads of cuddles and love š„°
I have booked us in for baby massage classes weekly and when she can sit up we will do messy play! We're going to the aquarium next week too!
At the moment she can't sit up, can't roll, and unless she's laid on her play mat she doesn't reach for toys. If I give it to her she will hold it, explore it and put it to her mouth.
I worry that doing the same things over and over may bore her?
I'd love to hear what you guys do with your 4/5mo please :)
