Fire doors

Hi I'm a nanny and started to see my grandchildren. I can't find a item to put on my doors to stop trapping fingers. What I used for my own children are not wide enough. My fire doors are 4.5cm thick.
I've looked at everything I'm very safety conscious and want everything safe.
Hopefully someone can help
