The nanny who has taken care of my dd (2y,4mo) since she was 4mo has told us that she is leaving next week. Her husband doesn't want her to work anymore (topic for a whole other thread). She is the only person, aside from me and dh and grandparents, who has looked after her. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to help my dd adjust?
To make things worse, we are moving in a few months time so she needs to adapt to a new nanny and as soon as she does, we are going to up and move. Poor thing!
