Four year old wetting herself again

Hi there,
My four year old has begun to wet herself over the last few days - three times today. When I ask her why she says she spilt water on her trousers. She doesn't seem to be in any pain but I wonder whether she could have an infection or maybe cystitus - any advice as to how you can tell?

I thinjk you need to take her and a urine sample to your GP Roberta. Hope she's ok. I suppose it could be the over excitement of Xmas/new toys or something.
