Looking for ideas of how to motivate kids into getting up on a school morning please
Currently struggling to get up & ready on time.
6 year old refuses to get out of bed & then when eventually out of bed, sits there not putting clothes on, & when check often sat playing & not doing as asked
It creates unwanted stress & drama, not a great start to the day when dropping off & heading to work 
What incentives/ ideas do people use please?
I used to use a marble jar reward incentive but it lost its impact last year
