11m old won't sleep in cot

Hi, I'm new here so please forgive the long post!
So a bit of context: I'm half deaf, so when my 2nd DD (11m) had RSV the only way I could monitor her breathing was for her to be right next to me. She was hospitalised in November with it. Ever since, she will not sleep in her cot. She goes down fine for about two hours but after that she wakes up and it's impossible to get her back down. I've tried putting her in drowsy and even climbed into the cot with her - she won't have it. She shares a room with her sister so leaving her screeching for too long isn't an option! 1st DD (3y) never went in my bed so I'm stumped.

Thank you

Having her hospitalised must have been really scary.

I've always gone with the path of leafy resistance with sleep.

My youngest slept with us at that age and happily moved into their own room at 14 months.

Could you let her sleep with you?

If you're not keen, sleep with her sheets fit a couple of nights before you put them in in her cot so that the cot has the same, reassuring smell as your bed Flowers

It's actually a really good idea to use her sheets. She loves to burrow into me and snuggle so it could work. I've considered co-sleeping with her. I'm just scared of squishing her since I tend to move about a lot in sleep. Thank you x
