My baby is 5 months old on the 14th. His corrected age however is 4 months old.
he despises tummy time. Like red faced shaking level of crying whenever he is put in tummy time. Everyone says to distract him and make it fun but he cries the second his stomach hits the floor & he doesn’t open his eyes to see the fun stuff I’ve got going on. He spends most of his time in my carrier or in his mamas and papas seat & his head control is good. He’s rolled over three times in the last month. I know he can do tummy time because the few occasions where he will accept it he does well. I have tummy time pillows, light up musical instruments, tummy time high contrast toys etc… but nope. I just worry about how this is going to affect his rolling and crawling. He also doesn’t reach out and grab things which I’m starting to get really worried about too. I feel like I’m doing everything wrong. Pic is one of the times he’s done it for more than 30 seconds and it was infront of miss Rachel 😬 however I don’t want to do this multiple times a day.
