Immersive exhibitions suitable for 1 year old ?

Hello!

I'm looking for things to do with our one year old daughter and have come across many immersive experiences located in London.

I'm a bit torn on whether visiting one of these would be appropriate for our baby. Was thinking about the lights exhibition in Shoreditch or something similar. I'm thinking, is she going to be overwhelmed? Maybe it's too much stimulation? Or would be a good sensory activity?

Would appreciate the thoughts of fellow parents :) thank you !

No idea if she'll be overwhelmed? I suppose you could time it for when she's not too tired?

I took my 6 month old to the Van Gogh Live immersive experience and he absolutely loved it, he was mesmerised! He was a bit antsy in the queue but as soon as we got in he loved it. I’ve been to the lights exhibition in Shoreditch, I think you could give it a go, if she doesn’t like it then you can leave. I think most new experiences are great at this age.

So happy your son loved it! We will give it a go and see how it goes :)

My 3yr old loved this, and I saw quite a few babies there https://www.tate.org.uk/whats-on/tate-modern/anthony-mccall

I went in the morning and it wasn't too busy. The turbine hall is pretty impressive for kids too
