Has anyone’s little one experienced cycles of bedwetting? This is the best way I can describe it really. I’ve an 8 and 6 year old (both girls). 6 year old has never wet the bed past age 2, the 8 year old has never fully got out of wetting the bed.
She’s mostly fine now but we find that every time we think she’s finally stopped wetting the bed, she starts again. We’ve had cycles where she’s been dry almost 6 months then get a reoccurring episode of random bed wetting for a few months. Then it stops again for months and then suddenly starts again. Nothing is different - no stressors etc. It isn’t every night and she’s done quite a few sleep outs and school residential days and she’s never wet the bed then but I’m confused why this keeps happening.
We’ve done docs, had tests even an ultrasound - all normal.
Has anyone else had this or found this eventually settles down?
