How to deal with whinging 3 year old

Hi all

I am after some advice for my 3 year old - the past few months she has become so whinging/morning with me - crying for no reason, doesnt listen and just being a right pain to deal with. She has also started waking in the night again which obviously isnt helping her mood. (She rarely naps and goes to bed around 7ish) This is really starting to get me down and is testing my patience. She is fine when she is with others which I know is normal but makes it very difficult.

i do alot with her outside and inside the house but dread taking her as just think whats the point. She runs away from me when take her to the shop etc but wont sit in her stroller or trolley so i’m stuck

has anyone got any advice please? I know this will past but want to know if anything i can do to improve it

thanks

Is it alright if I ask a couple of questions?

What do you do when you’re out regarding her safety? Do you for instance say “Hold Hands or Reins” so that she has a choice and understands it’s one or the other?

How old is she exactly?

And does she go to any kind of Childcare?

Hi

yes she does have a choice. Its always between walking holding hand or pushchair/trolley.

she is 3-5 and goes to nursery 3 days a week.

she loves exploring and finding new things which i think is the main cause, just makes it very hard to go out
