Is this normal or am I right to be concerned

Very worried mum .
Hi everyone my 7.5 month old baby opens and closes hands quite quickly and often, while tensing his arms and sometimes his legs it started around 5 months but he does it more and more usually when excited or frustrated and when he gets cross. It seems to happen very often now. Sometimes he makes a “Huhhuh” noise at the same time.He can be distracted once doing this and defo seems voluntary. He goes swimming and I haven’t notice any other babies in his class do it . Family members have also said “oh he looks like he’s going to take off” “I love when he does that” he does it so often it is very noticeable to others and this makes me more concerned . Please help.
he is able to roll both ways with ease. Is a very social baby and smiles and laughs on interaction. Will smile when smiled at. He responds to his name “most” of the time. He loves swimming and playing with toys. He is unable to sit unaided. He brings toys and food to his mouth. He says dada, ad, dad and baba along with babbling and shouting
