10 week old does not follow Sound

Hi,
my 10 week old son will not follow source of sound. He has good eye contact and will follow through but has no reaction to sound. He passed his newborn hearing test. If I make loud noise, he does seem to startle but he does not look for any sound or when I talk to him. Anyone experience this?

Call your HV or Gp. Could have ear infection / sticky ear etc.

Tell pediatrician he doesn't seems to follow source of sound and it's worth going to specialist for babies

Ds had glue ear by 10 weeks old. No signs until he came down with his first ear infection (first of about 101 in the first 3 years that is)
Ask for a health check including looking in his ears.
