14 month old - sleep regression

Looking for some advice regarding sleep regression - since NYE (excluding 1 night) my 14 mo sleep has been awful. She usually sleeps from 7.30/8pm until 7am but has now been wakening up after sleeping for a few hours and simply refusing to go back to sleep for hours. When me or my partner attempt to put her back in her cot she will scream and cry to be taken back out and will usually fall asleep on one of us for a couple of hours. She is surviving on 5-6 hours of sleep a night but still taking both her naps during the day no problem (morning nap is usually 30 mins and afternoon nap can be between 1hr and 1hr 45 min. This has been happening since the end of December with only 1 night between now and then of “normal” sleep. I have tried Calpol and Ibuprofen incase she is teething but isn’t acting or making a difference. I am back to work on Monday and can’t see how I will be able to function being up half the night. HELP

It could be a couple of things.

First one is dropping her down to one nap. It will be tough for a few days but it sounds as though she's ready.

Could she be cold too? I woke in the early hours this morning when the temperature dipped.

And is she getting enough calories during the day? They seem to need a surprising amount, especially if they're tall. You can check she's getting enough on this guide from the Caroline Walker Trust Flowers

Thank you very much! We are trying to reduce the nap from 2 to 1 just now - yesterday her only nap was for 1hr 40 minutes and she went to sleep with no issues last night but woke up at 3am like it was time to get up and get ready for the day, is that normal? Once she wakens up as well she is not going back into her cot at all, so much so that we need to rock her back to sleep in her pram. How long does this change last? I’m struggling massively with hardly any sleep and work full time so will literally take any advice given with this!

We had split nights for a little while and reducing daytime sleep solved it but it took a couple weeks to have effect.
