How does what you eat affect B/F?

I figure it must do, but just wondered to what extent. Yesterday I ate junk food (crisps) which i dont normally and noticed that DD has had a lot of wind and fought the breast a lot when normally she will feed till she falls asleep. She is obviously in discomfort and has burped a lot but still unsettled.

The advice tends to be everything in moderation, there's no set list of foods that definitely upset every baby. I found i couldn't eat chocolate , oranges, fruit juice or sweetcorn, for example.
