Reflux 4 week old and congestion

I am becoming a very worn out, desperate Mama.
My daughter is 4 weeks and seems to have what I think is a combination of reflux and silent reflux, she is sick after most feeds and if she isn't she is very uncomfortable, goes red, squirms, almost like the reflux travels up and makes her uncomfortable, at first I thought those symptoms were wind, but now I believe its to do with reflux.
I have done all the sitting her up after a feed (not entirely upright as I find this makes her more sick, so just hold her in a diagonal position after feeding), trying to burp her..but not much wind comes up, feeding her little and often (which I find difficult as I want her to get both the fore and hind milk- BF and I feel can only get that with a bigger feed), propped her moses basket up at the head end, none of these are really helping.
She is also incredibly congested, used to be just at night, but I find it's most of the day now, to the point tonight I have used a Snot sucker and I am awake watching her as she keeps gagging and almost choking on mucus in her throat and nose.

I am becoming so emotional and overwhelmed by it all. I would love to hear if anyone has any miracle stories that helped them
Thanks

That sounds difficult @Worryismything. Are you getting any RL support?

If she's going red, is congested, has reflux like symptoms and is vomiting, have you tried cutting out dairy? You'll m Ed a good calcium supplement if you do though Flowers

And if you're worried about LO not getting any hind milk, have you tried any breast compressions?
