Hello everyone, my daughter has been getting DLA since January this year and was granted the higher rate for personal care and low rate for mobility. In September I received the renewal forms to complete. I have just received the update and they have changed her from high rate to middle rate and no DLA rewarded at all for mobility. I don’t understand how this could happen as nothing has changed in that short time and when I completed the renewal everything was the same as before. I have asked for a mandatory reconsideration but was just wondering if anyone else has had this issue. I can’t get my head around how they’ve come to this decision 🤯
