Help please !!!
My girl is 14 months and has always been a bad sleeper.
Anyway currently she's still having 2 naps a day
9.30 for roughly a hour sometimes a hour and a half
Then second at 2.15/2.30 to 3.30
Bed at 7.30ish

It's currently taking up to a hour to get her down to sleep every night and it's exhausting I'm constantly going in and out the room for the hour until she sleeps.
She wakes and starts the day at 6 but usually wakes at 5.

I'd say drop the first nap and bring the second nap forward. She may be resistant at first but that's a lot of daytime sleep at 14 months and could be affecting things.

The No Cry Sleep Solution has some great tips on early waking too.

Abs is she getting enough to eat in the day? My DF was advised by her HV when her DD was similar to offer 5 or 6 meals instead of 3 meals and snacks.

So offer breakfast and then half way through the morning offer a round of cheese on toast or a sandwich and some fruit and similar mid afternoon between lunch and tea.

Her DD started sleeping through straightaway Wink
