Has anyone here adopted? Our three year old little girl came to live with us three weeks ago. She is wonderful but I'm finding Mon to Fri 7-6pm really challenging as my wife (same sex couple) is back in work full time. She was in nursery prior to coming to us but we aren't allowed to let her go back for six months. Day to day is absolutely incessant. I am taking her out to lots of places and groups and stuff but she constantly wants to be entertained by me. She has no interest in TV just to give me like 10 minutes peace even! I feel terrible for saying it but it is hard and I feel like I am not going to cope with six months of this.
