Hi everyone!
I’d like to talk about starting solids with my baby. We’re just at the beginning of this journey, and I have a few questions. My baby is 6 months old, and we’ve started with vegetables like carrots, potatoes, and pumpkin. What foods did you introduce first? Did you start with vegetables and only add fruits later?
How long did it take for your baby to start eating more than just tiny, symbolic amounts? Looking to hearing your experiences! 😊

There's a great guide from the Caroline Walker Trust here that gives suggestions of first foods to try.

Offering fruit and veg is good but at 6 months I'd expect them to be offered a wide variety of foods.

The only things that you shouldn't offer are listed here Wink
