Hi mums, I need some help in how to parent in this situation and I just feel a bit lost.
I have two girls one who is 5 and one who is 1 and I am very close and it's a really loving family unit.
My daughter is 5 and her behaviour is just so odd as soon as we are in situations outside of home or just being us 4 together. Her volume is so loud so that she can be the centre of attention, she does really odd things to the point it sometimes becomes a little awkward. She acts like she hates me, will not sit with me or talk to me.
she will be so over affectionate to people she really hardly knows. She talks to me like crap but at home she is my best friend and kind etc.
I just don't know how to handle this and I totally I understand she is 5 years old but I don't not want to handle this wrong and I need to get through to her it's not ok to treat me so badly in front of other people.
She has so much attention at home and love I just don't understand it. My friends children are not like this so they do not have any advice for me.
