body odour in 4 year old boy

My 4 year old boy on occasions has smelly armpits. The smell is only slight and it’s only noticed by dad when he actually sniffs to check. He has no other signs of puberty.
Is this normal for a 4 year old? Should I be going to see his Gp about it?

No, it's not normal at 4.

Are you / his dad washing him armpits when you bath him?

Does he drink enough? My 6 year old went through a stage of having smelly pits, coinciding with her not drinking enough during the school day.
