We are trying a sticker chart for my 2.8 year old son. He insists on running away everytime we want to change his bum and proceeds to jump all over our new sofas. I've lost count the amount of times he goes into time out and we say "no sticker"!! The message isn't getting through when he does run away we don't treat it like a game and don't react, but godness it's driving us insane! Any tips/ideas! He's driving us absolutely loopy

have you tried taking something away eg if you dont come and have your nappy done i'll take your toy away. i know it might sound harsh to some but it depends on how he understands things. my DS 2.5 doesnt seem motivated by stickers put understands the concept of naughty step and things taken away. obviously you have to carry through the action, sometimes a few times but if the time out isnt working it may be orth a try
