Prepare for meeting with SENCO

I have my first meeting with my DS school SENCO coming up.

Any tips on how to prepare for this? It will be the first time I am raising concerns about ADHD/ ASD. He's 7.

I'm probably not the best to advise as I could never get the Teachers or SENCO to listen and ended up going through the GP.

I'd start by doing this simple SLT progress checker.

Then write down a list of things you've noticed and things you're concerned about, preferably in bullet points.

I think I will be making an appointment with the GP too as I she has known me for years and I feel I will be listened to more.
