Baby constantly crying CMPA/Reflux?

So my baby boy is 4 months old, from day one he has cried for hours on end, we have been to the GP so many times! They think he’s cows milk allergy so we tried Nutramigen but he just didn’t like it so now we’re on Aptamil Pepti 1, he takes the feeds well and isn’t sick, however he’s still screaming as if he’s in pain! (We tried the usual infacol, dentinox colic drops, colief drops etc didn’t work either). So the GP went down the reflux route and gave us gaviscon and that just didn’t work he was still screaming a lot so now has given us omeprozole to take daily been on this around 2 weeks now… still screaming for hours on end no matter what time of day it could be morning afternoon or night or all 3!.

So we’ve had the milk change, we’ve had the reflux treatment and we also thought it could be constipation causing pain so he’s now on laxido every day twice a day some days too!

Any ideas what to do next? Do we change his milk again ? People are saying try Alfamino as it’s free of milk and lactose? but he’s not showing signs that the milks the issue he’s not being sick or diahreah etc … it’s just the constant screaming … the gps have checked him a lot and can’t find a problem. Although no actual tests or scans etc have been done.

Does he have any of these symptoms?

If it is CMPA then it's usually done by elimination. So you could try an Amino based milk but if that doesn't work then it's probably not CMPA Flowers
