Is anyone experiencing the same thing ? I have a 9 month old who for the last week has been waking up at 2/3 in the morning and staying awake until about 5 I’m exhausted and not sure why. Up until this point she has been very good sleeping she may wake up for her dummy but goes back off.

Hello,

we went through similar phases with both our two, and currently going through one now with 11 month old.

different for every child obviously and can happen for an array of different reasons. But have you tried sleep training? We found this made a huge difference. Doesn’t stop them from waking in the night, but it means when they do wake they are capable of going back down, even if it does require a bit of assistance from us sometimes.

Personally I wouldn't bother sleep training just yet. It sounds lukewarm the 9 month sleep regression and it does pass

The other thing is that it's got cooler in the UK this week where we are, are they warm enough?

How many naps are they having, and for how long do naps last? When our little one started having split nights at 17 months old, we had to shorten her one remaining nap to resolve it.
