Teething or not ??

I’m a first time mum & my daughter has just gone 14 weeks & over the past two or three days she’s become really unsettled. She’s been off her milk & either won’t drink it, will only drink a few ounce or she’ll just play with the teat. She’s constantly sticking her hands in her mouth & her cheeks are a little rosey but we can’t see or feel any signs of teething so we don’t think it’s that. She’s sleeping a lot during the day, more so than usual, she’s not interested in her play mat that normally she absolutely loves. She had her 12 week immunisations a week ago & was absolutely fine with them with the usual side effects for a day or two.
could it be teething ? Is it something else ? Is there anything I could do to help her ?

My little one started sleeping not great at around this age but also started teething properly not long after (and feels like ever since) They do say the most painful bit is them making their way down, rather than breaking the skin. Lots of teething toys, calpol if in pain and cuddles!
