Please can I have your best teething remedies/tips - don't care if I have to buy out the whole of amazon after the day we've had of it 😭 (baby is 6 months 1st tooth pending :()

Anbesol, either liquid (easier to apply) or gel (harder to spill) – ask the pharmacist for it, as it's behind the counter. It works really quickly, both my DDs have gone from a crying mess that couldn't be settled to happily playing within a few minutes.

Teethers are very individual, unfortunately, so it's pretty much trial and error. DD1 loved a frozen green bean, which was at least very cheap, or damp flannel that had been put in the fridge. The teething sheep from the Scottish baby box was her favourite teether toy, but a distant third. DD2 didn't believe in teethers of any sort.
