DD2 driving me mad - contrary little madam

DD2 has just turned 3 and she's turning into a right little madam. She isn't feeling 100% which makes her worse, but I need to know how to deal with this. Everything is met with the answer 'no'. Come for a cuddle, would you like some milk? would you like to play with jigsaws, blocks? Then I get the NO. Then there's the crying cos she can't have something. Again I ignore it but when it gets to me, I suggest she sits down on the sofa or goes to her bedroom to calm down. She sits on the floor instead or does something other than i've suggested. I've had enough of her silliness. She's at it right now because she wants to watch Spongebob and its not on yet. Please give me some advice.

Have a great time, you deserve it! I have 3yo and 16yo and think the 16yo is easier...though 16yo is a lot less moody etc. than I was back in the day...
