Scout leader shouting at my child

I'm really sorry to ask on this page but I really need some advice from other parents with sound advice...as I can't sleep..a situation that arose last night.
My daughter is 9 years old and a cub. At her session last night, the group were playing games playing some kind of hide and seek with my daughter's neckerchief. And the cub leader hadn't returned it to her. Unusually, she went up to the 6foot 9 grossly overweight leader and just said 'neckercheif'... And for the one time in her life forgot her manners and didn't say please or thank you (I can only assume after being hyped up/poorly/being a bit cheeky and trying to be funny) the scout leader then actually shouted at her 'get out' to which she was terrified and apologised but her told her again to get out of the room they were in. She was in floods of tears and for the rest of the session completely avoided the man (who even told me last session he doesn't like kids.
What do you think? And what should I do? Because now she doesn't want to go back.

Why would you want her there?

What relevance does his weight have within this scenario?!

Meaning he is an overwhelming sized man compared to a 9 year old girl

WTF? The man sounds unstable. Your dd didn't ask in a polite way but that does not excuse a grown many shouting and intimidating a young child. What a loser. Get your dd out of there and find her an activity that is run by people who don't have anger issues.
