Hi, can anyone help, first time mum, my boy is 3 and a half months old, he’s been showing signs of teething for a couple weeks now, when checking his mouth he has white “spots” on his bottom inside gums, google said Epstein pearls but they should grow out by 3 months and he’s past that, surely it can’t be a tooth I thought they got front first ? Family and friends are giving mixed advice some saying it can be a tooth some saying not sure, But he constantly wants to chomp that area it’s where he puts the teether toys, his hands etc, is it a tooth? Something else, I should get him checked up for, pictures are best I can get with a wriggly boy! Any advice would be greatly appreciated❤️
