Parenting classes

could anyone recommend a parenting class or support programmes for parents with of children with ADHD? Thank you

I've not come across one but mine were diagnosed quite late.

The best things have been for us them understanding and learning to self regulate, to an extent anyway.

DC2 has AudADHD so the thing we've found that helps the most with them is Melatonin. Once they were sleeping the ADHD symptoms also calmed down.

If you ask in the SN Children section, someone in there might have some better ideas
