my daughter has just started school. She is generally well behaved, although quite intense and excitable. She has been great first couple of weeks aside from expected tired and emotions.
however she said today she was put on the sad face by the teacher for not listening and pushing someone. The concerning thing to me is She didn’t seem to care at all. When I chatted to her about it she said other people are on the sad face and you just be good and you can get back on the good face.
Im pretty shocked and worried she isn’t bothered in the slightest that she’s been told off, is this normal?? She’s 4.

I'd say it was perfectly normal for a 4 year old but you might want to ask @MNHQ to move this over to the Primary Education section. There will be lots of MNers with more recent experience in there Wink
