DD is 1 1/2 she’s showing no interest in walking. I stand her up and encourage her and she will stand and take a step or two. I encourage her with baby walker and she will do steps with this. Her legs seem wide apart. She has only done this last month or so. She’s not talking either says dad and makes off sounds. Health visitor at last check up didn’t seem concerned. Should I be worried? What does everyone else think?

The fact that she can stand and do a couple of steps is really good. The NHS advice is to ask the GP to check them if they're not walking by 18 months though.

If she's not speaking much either, how does she do on this simple 18 month SLT progress checker?

I think with what you've written I would ask for a paed referral.

BUT: the most likely scenario is that by the time the appointment comes through she is talking and walking in abundance. Not that I'm saying it will be ages, but more that the majority at this stage catch up quickly.

The reason why I'd ask for referrals though is that if she isn't in the few that catch up, then an early referral will make a difference and the sooner she gets intervention then better.

Did you do the progress checker @Lemondrizzle70?

wouldn't worry about the not speaking at all if the communication (such as pointing) and understanding is there...
