Today i noticed some fine fair hair on dd2's labia

Ah, unfortunately then I can't advise - my DD had a similar thing but it resolved itself before she was 1.

A little girl I knew had this and she had tests at the doctors might be worth having it checked out

It is only very slight but her legs are the same and she is very tall and heavy.
She is off to see the Paedatrician this month as i was concerned about her growth(despite me being very tall)

I would definitely get her hormones checked as you can get early puberty (my friends daughter had this at 6 and cos she spotted it early enough she had drugs to delay it)
