Looking for tips to encourage the mucus to clear from baby please.
I had a c-section and baby has since done a huge vomit of phlegm with his milk. Since then there's been small amounts of phlegm coming up.
The colour has changed from yellow to white and I can just hear the mucus in his throat or chest - making baby sound quite raspy and wheezy at times. He's also hiccuping a lot.
Any tips on how to encourage this last bit to come up? It interferes with his feeds too so it's becoming quite annoying!
