Bottle fed baby help ?

I have a 7 week old baby girl. She is formula fed and we pace feed.
For about 2 weeks she has been having 210ml of formula which is a lot but she doesn't refuse it! She's always good at pushing the bottle out her mouth and turning her head away when she is finished feeding.
We went to A&E 2 nights ago and she is suspected to have acid reflux but the doctor said they aren't sure. However the doctor said we should only be giving her 120ml every 4 hours. Which is obviously recommended however if she is wanting and taking the bottle am I supposed to let her?
I'm a first time mum and I've gotten really anxious and stressed over this as she isn't as settled on 120ml.
I've tried other comfort methods to see if she just needed comfort but she won't settle at all until she's had a bigger feed.
Last night she ended up having 3 bottles of 120ml in the space of 4 hours as well. Between the feeds she was unsettled, once the third bottle was in her and she was so settled and asleep comfortably for around 5 hours.
Am I wrong in giving her the bottle or do I just feed as she's wanting?
Any past experiences people have had with a hungry baby or a similar experience would be great as I feel so lost and helpless

ask pediatrician for advice, but babies younger than 8 weeks are supposed to wake every 4-5 hours for feed. If they are not, they should be woken up. But anyway, ask pediatrician.
