Nearly 9 month old milk

Hello,

my daughter is 9 months this month and is appearing to be weaning herself off the bottle. She is currently on Kendamil goats milk as cows milk doesn’t agree with her. She is only having one bottle a day at the moment and that is when she wakes up. She is refusing her bottle during the day and bedtime bottle. Tonight I tried her with oats milk before bed and she took more of that than she has in a while before bed.

Is it ok to continue giving her the oat milk? She has it in her breakfast and she eats 3 meals a day.

Many thanks

Sounds very much like she has CMPA. Is she under a Paediatric Dietician? I'd ask them about the Oat Milk as I didn't think it had enough fat and protein or was fortified enough?

The advice is 20oz of milk per day so she'd be well under that. I'd suggest cutting back on the food and prioritising milk.
