9 month wake windows

My nearly 9 month old has always been a pretty good sleeper and has been sleeping through the night for a while now. But I'm slightly concerned that her wake windows aren't getting longer. She's tired and rubbing her eyes after being awake for 90 minutes, typically.

And if she wakes at 7am, I'll change her and breastfeed her and usually she's either already asleep, or ready to go back to sleep, by 7.45/8am.

Is this normal? Or should I be concerned? I googled and it said the first wake window of the day should be 2.5 to 3 hours. Hers is an hour or less. Is that OK? Do some babies just need more sleep than others?

I'm so envious! My 9 month old is yet to sleep through the night and wake windows 4-5hrs so 1-2 naps a day. I'm existing on fumes. They are all different and I say just enjoy your rest! There will be teething/illness/regression undoubtedly to mix things up again soon!!

It's getting to be a bit unusual, but absolutely some babies need more sleep than others (I had two of the 'less sleep' models!). How much total sleep is she getting in 24 hours?
