2yr old regressed at childminders

My DD is 2 next month and their childminder has mentioned the 2 year check that they do stating that they might wait until closer to 3 as they don't think she's anywhere near ready.

I don't care when they do the check but I'm concerned that she was telling me that my daughter won't independently feed herself, hold her own water bottle, hold a colouring pencil, use steps/stairs, doesn't really talk legibly when she's there.

At home DD is fiercely independent. She feeds herself, chops up her own fruit, can use an open cup, can link 2 words together clearly and has started with a few 3 word sentences, has 150+ words that me and her dad can understand maybe 3/4 of those also clear to others. She knows all her colours. She has a keen interest is helping me and can follow directions, eg if we're in the kitchen and I ask her to help me with the washing she'll start loading the machine, she'll fetch me whatever item I request from her toy kitchen- she's doing great!

My question is, is it normal for her to not be displaying these skills at her childminders? Or should I be concerned and potentially looking for another setting? She goes 3 consecutive full days a week and has done since October last year and seems happy enough there.

How long has she been at the childminders? She may just not be comfortable using those skills yet? Maybe there’s lots of other children and she’s a bit overwhelmed. My daughter was similar in that I when we went to her grandparents where there was lots of children she would become mute although she would talk our ears off at home. If she’s not been there long I would just give her a bit more time.
