Cyberbullying - low level

Hi

my 14 year old son had a message from an unknown number through WhatsApp saying why are you so short? My son responded with, I don’t know. The other person then blocked him. My son isn’t particularly bothered. He is shorter than average and has often been teased about his height.

Through curiosity I took the number and popped it into WhatsApp and looked at the profile, it’s a child on a bunk bed with a white cat. No face picture of child, so no idea who the child is. I’m guessing it’s prob a kid at his school.

As a parent I would want to know if my son was sending unkind messages. So I guess my question is, what would you do? I appreciate its low level and inconsequential in the scheme of things!

Thanks

I’m not sure why the prior poster was silenced. It seemed fair advice.
