DD, 10 months, is a pretty good sleeper (we're very lucky!) but she won't nap in a cot away from home for more than 30 minutes at a time and wakes up crying. Overnight she'll wake up several times and often wake up and cry as soon as we put her back down in her cot, even though she was fast asleep. I'm assuming it's because she wakes up and doesn't recognise where she is. We try and keep the same routine as at home, and make sure she has the same sleeping bag that she's already had on for a few nights. Is there anything else we can try to get her to settle better?
